Return Policy

Our policy lasts 20 days.  If 20 days have passed since your purchase, and we do not have the item back in our possession unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item must have some sort of defect to it to be eligible for a refund. Please read descriptions of products.

(Leather Patch hats are non refundable)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  You may attach screenshots of your confirmation email.

Not all products are applicable for returns, refunds, or exchanges so read product descriptions carefully. Print on demand items are not eligible for exchange or return.

If we sent a defective item or if you received the incorrect item we Will supply the shipping label. If you are sending the item back to exchange or return for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

We highly recommend keeping the return tracking receipt. American Blue Collar is not responsible for any lost return packages due to carrier issues.  

Mis delivered package by USPS

If you tracking number shows delivered and you have not received your item please contact your local USPS. A replacement will not be sent until after 10 business days. This will allow USPS time to find and update the tracking. This does not apply to International orders. International orders may have to wait longer than 20 business days. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within  5-7 business days.  (M-F and No Holidays)

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Read each product description BEFORE purchasing! (POD products)

Some of our products are printed on demand, it will be stated on the product page under the returns tab. Unfortunately at this time we do not accept returns or exchanges on these specific items for any reason because we do not hold inventory or stock for POD items.  **if your product is destroyed or defected we will gladly replace it, email photos to info@american-bluecollar.com


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund and you have been approved more than 7 business days. First, contact your bank and your card holder.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  If you’ve done this and you weren't satisfied with the information provided, please contact us at info@american-bluecollar.com

Items that are “drop shipped” can take up to 30 days for a full refund  


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or we made an error.  If you need to exchange it for the same item or in a different size, send us an email at  with your order number and issue in the subject field.  We will contact you shortly after.

To return your product, simply mail the item(s) to:

Inside the package, include a note stating the original order number and the item(s) you desire in exchange(or refund)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the reason is other than our error, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
